Clover Nook Farm
Clover Nook Farm is an 8th generation family owned fresh market produce operation, dating back to 1765.
During the fall season we have fresh apple cider, a pick-your-own pumpkin patch, mums, corn stalk bundles, and a variety of fall decorations.
Lars is the 8th generation of consecutive farmers on his family's land in Bethany, CT not far from New Haven. He's also ivy-league educated in farming, having graduated from Cornell with a degree in Agriculture. You can learn a lot from talking to a farmer. You learn even more from talking to Lars, who is positioned to have Clover Nook become a rising star among small farms throughout the area. Video by Ian Applegate.
